USB Issue (Annoying)

I have a problem with my USB bus ports where they dont recognize anything, but i can go to device manager and disable, and then enable, and they work. I don't want to have to do this every time. What could be my problem?

It says my drivers are up to date. Should i not trust that telling me?

Check with the manufacturer for the most up-to-date driver. Updates aren't perfect, and it is likely a driver issue.
