USB labelling:What's the significance of 'Connector 1', 'Connector2'?

In these pics from a supplier, the plugs appear to be labeled inconsistently.
In one pic the USB plug is called 'Connector 1' but in the other pic it's labeled 'Connector 2'.
It's the same for the C plug.
Is this just an arbitrary choice by the vendor or is there some real difference between the cables?

The usb A side on the top one is USB 3.0 and the bottom is 3.1. That's the only difference I see.

Thanks. So it's just a way of saying 'the plug on this end' and there's NO special significance to the term 'Connector'?
I wasn't sure if it was something to do with data flow. Obviously not :-)

PS: This all came about after I started looking more closely at cable types and realized that these innocuous little pieces of kit are now much more complex than they used to be and I needed to be better informed about what I buy.

I doubt it matters as long as you get the usb version correct for 7 and your computer. There is backwards compatibility but you won't get version 3.2 speeds.

Part of what I was referring to is that, apparently, some cheap cables that are touted as carrying data AND power don't have the necessary 4 terminals, ie, 2 for data and 2 for power.
