USB Modem and Safely remove hardware notification

When I click the safe remove hardware icon for unplug my USB Flashdisk , the balloon notifications ( You are now safe to remove your device ...) will appear, but if I click the icon for unplug my USB Modem Huwaei E160x, the balloon notification is not appear. .so I unplug my USB Modem straightly until now..

Please help me.. thanks

Some modems will mount two device icons: one representing the modem, and one representing its internal storage, the latter of which usually just holds the modem's driver installer. If this occurs, you can click 'Safely Remove' for the modem's storage icon to disappear, and simply unplug the modem for the modem icon itself to disappear. If your modem only brings up one icon when plugged in, you don't need to (and may not even be able to) eject it using 'Safely Remove'. Let me know if you have any questions!

so, how i can safely remove my USB modem? unplug straight after i disconnect from internet connection without wait " safely remove notification" (just click safely remove hardware icon and then click eject my mobile modem) ? is it?

Choose to remove it and then remove it. Make sure you are off the internet though when you do it.

but...the modem lamp still turn on blink...is it okay if i remove unplug my modem?

Then type " RunDll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll "


Then you il get the window to close all your flash drives
