USB ports disabling

as u know
you disable usb ports by these method
1 by device manager
2 from bios
3 from registery
4 from 3rd generation software
is there any addition method except these or not

The only way I can think of is removing the harness connection from the usb port and if need be removing the connector from the harness. I have seen this done to stop anything from being plugged in to the computer by employes. It's called security. Here is a site that might help.
