USB Problem!

Hi, Recently I have been trying to fix my USB. I plug it in and it say's it's connected but when I go into Computer Management, I get this problem. Been doing research and been trying to fix it but I can't find a solution.

If it is for storage of information, I think that you have to format first.

Before doing this be sure that you are formatting the correct drive. If you format c you will lose EVERYTHING
Connect the USB drive, go to > Computer or > My Computer, right-click the drive and select > Format… from the menu.

Can't see it on My Computer either.

Take a USB that you have used before and you know is good. Do you see it in computer?

If you have another computer, can you see the USB there?

You can see the problem USB in the second computer?

Take that USB and make sure that it is firmly seated in the port. Try other ports, too.

I could access the USB Device Properties, and I came across this. Does this mean the USB is completely dead?

Here is my problem. You take the bad USB and it can be viewed in the other computer
You take another USB and it can be seen in your computer
I do not know where the problem is.
I think that shot that you gave us shows that it must be formatted
Try to format from the other computer.

I have done that. The good USB works on both PC's and the bad USB doesn't work on either.

That was one of the questions that I asked.. I may have misunderstood. In that case the USB is bad.

As far as I could tell. If you have a receipt bring it back. If you bought if from a reliable place, they will give you a new one.
