USB Vendor Thermal Printer additonal drivers

Hi,
I have a Vendor Thermal Printer connected to a USB port.
It is the default printer.

Applications like Word print OK.
A Java application which prints to the default printer OK on Windows XP doesn't print to the default printer correctly on W7.

In the printer properties
x64 Type 3 - User Mode is installed

there is an option to add Additional Drivers
x86 Type 3 - User Mode

Where would I look for these Additional Drivers?

Hi,
I've found a work around
It involves disabling Print Optimizations

Printing Preferences> Advanced > Document Options > Print Optimizations > Disabled
