USB Zip Lock

I am looking for a FREE zip stick lock. I have some file I want on a zip stick and want to password lock it. Is there a good free one to download on to the zip itself?

Sorry may have said this wrong. I have 8gb USB drives that I want to put files on and password lock. Is there a free program for this.

A good option can be encrypting the files with Truecrypt.
Just create a new container inside the USB drive, copy the files there and put a password on it. You'll be prompted for the password each time you want to mount the encrypted volume.
