usbstor.inf problem

good day!

my external hard drive was not detected by my laptop after the windows update i made in my laptop... so i check some forums, they say that copy the usbstor.inf and pnf to windows\inf, but my problem is when i go to the repository file then the usbstor folder only these files i found usbstor, usbtor.pnf and usbstor.sys. anyhelp pls. where i can find this usbstor.inf.

Normally this file would be under C:\Windows\System32 and with 64 bit, C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
