hello

I have some problem connecting to internet lately (past 2-weeks, perhaps)...I could connect to wifi, but not access internet.

I finally discovered that "use the following dns server addresses" was directed to 2-addresses.
I reset to "obtain dns server address automatically" and everything works fine now.

my concern is whether some malware/virus/trojan could have been at work since I don't know why it would have not been set to automatic all along.
is there a way to retrieve what was the IP addresses in the box "use the following dns server addresses", as I did not take note of them before changing, and how long this had been in effect?

thank you
-pson

Hi pson, if you set the DNS servers in your router, it will override your pc.
