This is a quick Fix

Go to Run and type in msconfig
go to the area were it says Boot
Click on the operating system
Click on advanced options
Change your memeory to read 4095. It will default to 4096.
This prevent Win 64 rom load anymore than 3 meg of ram.
There is a bug in Media Center.
It will not run with more that 3 meg of ram.
It work great.

Hope it works

ey that sounds like a working theory, but my xp64 has no media centre, and while i can get wme2005, i have got to like the MC in win7, its just so much more polished, so i wanted to run win7.64 MC in winxp64, until the halfwits who wrote my tuner drivers fix them so i can use win7 without a bsod everytime it sleeps or powersaves, its costing too much leaving the machiine on all the time.

i guess the easy answer is $50 on a new tuner or two.....

although downside of that is in the next year our tv signal is changing, so they will be needing upgrading then.
