Hi everyone.

I had an OEM pc with a Sandisk SSD Plus as both the iOS and the storage. When I upgrade to a different custom build (Huananzhi x99-8M motherboard, 2620 v3 CPU, 16 GB ddr4 2400 MHz Huananzhi RAM, Maxsun RX 550, and Adata SU800 SSD as iOS), I installed the mention SSD without any steps, and when I created folders it always says "could not find this item", yet so far so good.

Today, for some reason (my mistake because I just plug the SSD into the new PC without sysprep or other steps) it started to delete files.

System repair doesn´t find errors, sysprep doesn't work (fatal error), and the same with system backup.

So far no solution, so I will thank you in advance if you tell me what to do.

Cheers, Andres.

Welcome to the forum. To be clear you took the drive from old PC and put it into another PC. Was the windows OEM if so it can't be used on a new PC it's tied to the old PC. All the drivers will be wrong for the new PC and it's likely it won't activate
