User account missing

Hi all I use windows 7. I had the problem of not being able to view images (you do not have sufficient .......) I now have to recover a drawing but instead of seeing users in explorer it just says my name. Before that I would find the file I wanted under users, however I can not find the 'users' account anywhere on my computer. Can anyone assist :shock:

Hello and welcome Steve mate try clicking on Computer > right click on the drive > it will drop down a list > right click on Users > Open - it will open out to whoever is on there or should do.

Right click on them and Open see pic this is on my 8 machine but it is similar.

System Restore to a point before this happened.

Run a full scan with Malwarebytes
followed by SFC /SCANNOW Command
