User account move(Q on tutorial)

I have just followed the tutorial regards the moving of user accounts to a new default location.
Straight forward until i delete the original location, and i get a filecannot be moved to the bin as it is in use, how can i get round this? Do i search for the folder and see what uses it or is there any other way?

Just tried again to delete and the folder whats preventing moving to the bin hasnt got a name, just a dialogue stating its in use by another program.

I updated step 1 there to see if that may be the issue. Be sure to set the user folder that you are moving to be "Shared with" "Nobody".

Im struggling at the minute as im clicking share with nobody, and im stll unable to delete the C/user/account(s), i want to relocate.
So where have i gone wrong?
Should i start all over again?
I still dont know what folder(s) are preventing being deleted
