Windows 7 OS 64 bit.
My account on the PC is an administrator account and has no problem, I have set up another standard user account for my spouse but have password problems with this account.

Originally I set up the standard account with a password, later as administrator I then removed the password from the account and the screen tells me that the password has been removed. The problem is that one month on from the password being removed the system puts the original password back onto the standard user account. I then have to go back into control panel/user account and remove the password, the accounts screen shows that the password has been removed. The problem is that one month later the password automatically reapplies itself and has to be manually removed yet again.

Any ideas anyone!
