user account, start up loop

Unable to log in to user account. Says, does not recognize user account. Now windows 7 is in start up loop. Please help to bypass user account and password

Hi, Thanks 4 the info. But I can't get into safe mode. I tried running the advanced scan, but it says,system repair pending.right now I try the windows memory diagnostic tool. Whatever I tried it always reboots then for a second a blue screen with a message about virus appears and it goes back to reboot again and then to "windows error recovery" where I have 2 options, launch startup repair or start windows normally.

Ok mate one thing you can try is this Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 you will of course need another machine to make the disk but this will boot and run through everything without involving Windows. Just read the instructions listed there.

OK, will try. Can I download the rescue disk first on my tablet and later burn utmost dvd?
