Hi,
Am new to this forum, off late am facing problem with user profiles on my windows 7 laptop. Had one admin account & another my user account in which i work mostly, have all personal files, docs saved in my user account. Now since some days, when I save or download anything,it sometimes get saved/downloaded in my admin account. It is actually random, sometimes these get saved in my own user profile & sometimes in admin account. I always do all my working in my user account, then why things are many times getting downloaded or saved in my admin account. Same is the case with favorites, some favorites show up in my user account & some in admin account. Please help. I want it to be working in expected way, I mean when I download anything being in my admin account, then it should be saved there & when am in my user profile, things should get saved here.

Thanks for helping me out with this problem.

I would consolidate down to one admin acct and be done with it, if it was me.

Otherwise, scan for viruses/malware.

Hi,
Thanks so much for replying. Had made two accounts so tht password recovery etc would be easier. Had scanned my laptop for viruses too. No issues there, so is it a common prob tht documents downloaded in one user profile get saved in admin account?
