User Accounts X 2

On my Laptop running Win7 Home Prem, I have only one user account (administrator) all programs were installed by first unblocking them then installed by ' Run as Administrator'.
I want to know what will/could happen if I add another Administrator Account, then change my original to a 'Standard Account'
I realise this is a question that will envoke many suggestions, please don't. Once I get info requested I will pose more as required.

nothing too bad.
if you have the other admin enabled, then you should still have access to all programs. though, the previous admin account could loose access/privilege to programs.
