Solved User Accounts

Does Advanced Users Accounts which is started via windows\system32\netplwiz.exe
still relevant.At the moment it shows me as the Administrator and under the Advanced tab you can do other things
If you then navigate to the Control Panel\User Accounts on the left pane there is another advanced user accounts which shows a defauly profile then me as user with the size of my user files although it doesn't actually say that and an update of mine
This is called User Profiles
What is the difference

Both are relevant. One will let you set permissions, passwords, etc for an account. The other you can set other properties for profiles. Profile and account are something different.
