My pc has wiped my user account that's got admin privileges I know only have the account that dosent have admin how can I restore my account

Restarted my pc and know seems
To work again said it was setting up for first use ( which is confusing as had the laptop for 3yrs)

Had a really bad day with tech today had to restore my laptop 3 times today and my iPhone couldn't find wifi or load email

Again I can't log off the account otherwise I loose my account again I have windows 7
