User Accounts

Hello,

I am setting up Windows 7 32 Bit Professional machines. Is there a way that I can create a user account, say "Test" and give it a password. However, I don't want anybody logging into that account. When the machine is powered on, it should bypass the "Test" account and proceed to the default screen. The "Test" account is for some Administrative and Server configuration purposes only.

Click on the start button, go to control panel, and select the "user account" . Click on it, and in the resulting page, click here....

So, that option just creates an account but doesn't show up during startup?

No, that shows only how to create an account. I know that already. What I want is how to bypass the new user account during startup and default to admin account? As I have mentioned before, this new user account is just for some administrative and server config purposes only. When I start windows, it should directly go into admin account as before.
