User Guide for WMC7

I have just got a new PC with Windows 7 (Danish) and find the WMC interesting. But I have not succeded finding a User Guide / Manual / Tutorial (English language is OK) so that I can learn to use the WMC.
A link will be most helpfull.

Microsoft's Windows 7 Website has many informative pages on how to not only use WMC but also new features, etc.
