User profile randomically not loaded without errors

Hello,
one of my users experiences a strange issue. Sometimes (2-3 times in a month) after successfull login, he sees empty desktop. Browsing in Documents folder, he accesses to Users\Public folder. Browsing to %appdata% an error is given.

After a restart, all works fine.

This issue should be similar to consequences of the "user profile cannot be loaded" error (that in this case does not apperas), but the strangeness is that it is not systemic but randomic.

Do you have an idea about the solution of the described problem?

Thanks for your suggestion. Because I cannot login anymore using the user account (I see "cannot load user profile error"), I removed it and created new one, deleting also user profile from registry. All worked fine for
10 days. Today I got the issue again. Windows loads temporary user profile and, after a reboot, the next login works fine. I really cannot understand how to permanently solve this issue...

It loads c:\users\temp_old folder profile

EDIT: refcount parameter is 2, it has 1 active session. Should it be 1?
