I've noticed that I have 3 User Profiles under Advance Settings for my computer. The first one is Default Profile, 1.5MB, the second one is gilloz PC/gilloz 650MB and the last one is gilloz PC/UpdateusUser, 14.7MB. Should I delete any of them other than the default one? Seems there is more data in the second one than the Default one. How were these created to begin with. I am the only user of this computer.

I've just checked mine and have two: Default profile and my profile.

I'd be inclined to run a full anti-virus scan using Malwarebytes.

I had the same user on my machine a while ago.
It was created for one of the softwares auto updates, but I cant remember which software...
It was something important anyway... ie: apple, nvidia, mcaffee, etc...

Generally advised not to delete the DefaultProfile

Does having two OS's in dual-boot cause a second user's profile? I dual boot with Linux Ubuntu on this same machine. Could that be the other entries?

No not normally, have you ever used another profile or possibly the built in admin acc. Does anything show up in C:\users, any other accounts

Not at all. Linux uses a different path for user accounts.
It also uses different filesystem type (ext) So you cant even see linux drives/files from Windows anyway.

you have recently installed nvidia? True?

Delete that profile updateususer.

Go to Programs and Features (in control panel) and uninstall nvidia update.
