When I tried to install itunes, it gave me an error that said: Could not access network location %AppData%. Apple said empty the temp folder and it installed. Then it after install, it said: The Required Folder Could Not Be Found. I also had that problem with "APPDATA" in many other installs. Itunes works just fine in another account. Apple support told me to create another "test" account to see if it is user specific. When I tried to open that new account it said: The user profile service failed login. The user profile could not be started. Or something like that. Apple said it is probably an OS problem. They did not tell me much more because they freaked out when I told them
