Is there a way to manually enter the minutes and seconds in audacity instead of clicking on the part where you want to go to?

How

I use audacity occasionally but find the slider good enough when listening
I usually only need to trim the beginning and ending to get rid of dead space so I believe the jump shortcut is spacebar + click towards the end of the song :/

I got one of the older versions and the toolbar selection looks different to where you can manually play with the time settings.

I'm still not pro at doing this but hhopefully will soon get there.
