Recently occurred with no warning: when I click on a hyperlink in an email, I get this message "The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your systems Administrator." Well, I am the administrator, but I dont know whatg to do. If this is an Outlook message I cannot see anything in the Outlook options that I can do. Can anyone help?
