If Internet TV isnt supported in my country (Estonia) is there any way to still watch...maybe UK channels or somehow change country withhin the setngs?

Absolutely

Suscribe to a private VPN service and then you can choose ANY thing available in that country of the server you logon to..

I use this service --when I logon I get a choice of servers from Holland, Germany, UK and USA. Once you've logged in the IP address is that of the VPN server so if you logon to the UK server it thinks you are in the UK and you will get Local UK BBC content accessing the BBC site.

I use this a lot of LIVE commentary of UK Premiership Football amongst other things.

(psss't -- with these sites you can even use p2p such as torrents -- as the speeds won't be capped by your ISP).
