Using restore CDs

I made restore CDs of Windows 7 home 64 ! Going HDD to SSD ! Toshiba didn't provide OS on CD ! Can I use restore CDs to SSD To move system ? (not dumb question I hope ) Thanks SMS.

Are these CDs or DVDs that you created, if they are the DVDs that your system ask you to make when you first started it up it is probably the OS with a lot of bloatware, download your drivers from the manufacturer's website first and do a clean install. Here is a tutorial to do a clean install and there is a link to a official Microsoft site where you can download the ISO and burn it to a DVD using Image Burn http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html
