Using the upgrade feature in windows 7

I currently own a copy of windows 7 home premium OEM, I have yet to activate it, I also own a copy of windows 7 professional OEM, un-activated as well. If I use the upgrade feature inside of windows 7 home premium to upgrade to professional using the key will I be able to install the home premium on another machine?

OEM versions are tied to one machine, so no is the answer to your question.

Thats pretty bad, i paid 149.99+109.99= 258.99 for windows 7 professional oem which normally sells for 149.99 ?
