You can attempt to recover the partition using the Partition Wizard boot disk linked above, following these steps: Partition Wizard Partition Recovery Wizard Video Help. Once it recovers partition if it won't start make sure it is still marked Active and run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times. If partition will not recover, then Mark Win7 Partition Active and run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times
