Uxstyle doesn't love me

Hi! I've recently did a clean install of my windows7. I've previously used custom themes before but windows no longer wants to work with me. When I install UXstyle, the unsigned theme service isn't running, but it is in the listed services.

I have tried installing while turning off user account controls, I've tried running sfc scannow before and after the install, I've updated all of my windows. I have no idea. DID I MISS SOMETHING?

I'm running Windows 7 Professional
64 bit (i checked, I'm installing the 64 bit version)
Service Pack 1

Ii've been trying for hours. I JUST WANT IT TO LOVE ME.

If it helps my aero transparency is kind of dead to me too.

Did you install the video card drivers after the clean install?

You need to turn off user account controls reboot install Uxstyle reboot again.

You will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
