uxstyle problem

Good life to all those who will read my post .. the problem is that it is no longer possible to install uxstyle on a pc in order to change the theme .. as soon as I try to install uxstyle, a warning not to install appears and I don't understand how to solve the problem .. I am attaching a screenshot to show you the warning that appears to me .. hoping that among you good people there may be some help to solve the problem .. thank you so much. The massage seems to indicate that the original core OS DLL files that are patched with the UX theme patcher are not the originals. SO the patcher can't patch accordingly.

So with that, have you patched or tried to patch the core system DLLs before? Installing some other theme or what ever? If so, that's probably your issue. i.e. The originals are not original to the system.

Thanks for your answer .. but the problem still remains despite the system is all clean and just installed it is not possible to install uxstyle .. and before having formatted the pc uxstyle it was fine ... the pc is win 7 sp1 ultimate .. do you have any advice? thanks.
