Ayone successfully installed Windows 7 on one of these? The Sony Vaio VGN-AR51E?
I'm anxious about the graphics card NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GT because the new nvidia driver does not apply to Vaio model and there are no windows 7 drivers on the Sony downloads!

Any suggestions please?

Install your Windows 7. If you need help with NVidia drivers, modifying an .inf or perhaps finding a driver from another maker and model with your integrated graphics, this will be no problem. You'll have full Aero interface and run well.

Proceed with confidence. I'd look now for ya or do some editing, but it's pointless until you need it.

I managed to get the latest nvidia driver to work using the info at HOW TO: Modify and install Nvidia drivers for mobile graphics chipsets in Windows 7 when all else fails @ The Experience Blog
