After some Failures/Reverting changes, I decided to find out some posts in this Forum and realize that is something wrong with my SD card reader driver and consequently with my BaseSystemDeviceDriver. With some help my BaseSys as no error any more but the SD card reader still have code 28. At the same time I experience those update failures. So I decided to made a Defragmentation, and an AnalyzeDisk. Today I decide to run a Sw in order to detect any Malicius virus (no one detected by a full scan KB890830-V5.13). After that i tried to install the SURT (Windows6.1-KB947821-v33-x86) which returns an error of installation: Hotfix for KB947821 - the following update were not install.

I wonder why the SURT file didnot install.
I am gone attach some files and I appreciate that you can help me. Thanks a lot.
The CBS zip file has older files too.

There appears to be a major registry problem.

The strange thing is that this error seems to imply that it's attempting to create a registry entry that is only founf in 64-bit Windows, but you say that your install is 32-bit. (which version of CheckSUR did you attempt to run? 32-bit or 64-bit?)

Also, I may have some other clues as to what is wrong elsewhere...
let's have a look with another tool...

we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

Thank you NoelDP.
As far as I know this is a Win7 32 bits and the SURT that I tried to install was a 32bits as I mentioned before. I do remember to see the 64bit exe and to choose the 32 bit way.
This PC was sold with a Win Vista and I know that was a experience to install a Win8 beta. But I remember, in the moment to install the Win7 to made a disk format. Is there any chance by the way of a format procedure this operation dont clean everything (Registry or boot sectors)?

Here they are those files you ask me for.

Definitely 32-bit. (You do know that you have a counterfeit install of Office 2007 there?)

There's a surprising amount of RAM unavailable to the system - but that's a subject for another thread in another section of the forum ;)

I'll have to do some research on the error and see if I can find a sensible way forward - bedtime soon, so it'll be tomorrow.

The BASE SYSTEM DEVICE error is probably due to the chipset drivers - check your manufacturer's website and see if there's an update available.
