i have been trying to update my computer but wont let me tried to validate it because it says i might be having a counterfiet so i tried to validate but wont let me

In that case, the install has to be regarded as counterfeit.
Who did it for you, or did you buy this machine in this state? If so, then you should demand a refund from the vendor.
