With all the confusion and contradictions about a clean install with an upgrade disc' I have several questions.
If I want to use the new OS for a while before validating, do I have to give my product key number when it is asked for during the installation. I am not talking about the final validation at the end of the process, but the inquiry that comes at about step 10 during the process?
If I do not want to change any partitions, etc. do I have an option to perform the update within Vista or can I still install within the DVD?
