Good Day Gents,

Bought this very old pc from a private seller about a month ago (never said it had issues) and the problems started right from the beginning - had to try several times to install windows as it kept on failing but eventually installed windows...

The PC will run 100% without any issues for several days and then it hits - BOOM - BSOD

When:
1)first time usually when running a few open applications - only use the pc for admin tasks
2) before getting to the log in screen - BSOD - reboots
3) log into windows - BSOD - reboots
4) before getting to the log in screen - BSOD - reboots
5) and then the above cycle repeats

I have tried :
1) memtest both RAM modules - each one separately in both Blue DIMM slots - PASSED no errors
2) tested with sfc /scannow - PASSED no errors
3) tested HD with HD Regenerator - PASSED no errors

The issue will pass and then i can use the PC for a couple of days and then it starts all over again,

Please see log file attached + blue screen error messages below

Many thanks
Juan

Hi JuanV,

Sounds like you bought a PC that was already faulty, with install issues it can be anything from bad RAM, to a faulty pin in the socket damaging the CPU.
If you have any warranty, contract or something you should ask for a refund. There may be a chance you're spending resources (money, time, etc.) on something that's not worth it.
