Safe mode is not loading anymore, it did just when I posted here that's how I get to use the sf diagnose tool, now even that doesn't work
When trying two boot in safe mode,it would stuck after a lot of lines on the screen and then display artifacts will show up!
Very weird, there's colored lines on the upper area of the screen.

Please run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip, the current uploaded one misses several logs.
You could check if there are
  1. 18 .txt,
  2. 1 .nfo,
  3. 1 or more .dmp,
files present, if this is the case then all logs are present :)
If there are a few missing, no problem as we can get them manually if required :)

Do you have recovery media?
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2083-system-repair-disc-create.html

See if you can try these actions :)

Please remove items from the startup
How to remove items from startup - Windows 7 Help Forums
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

Please remove the Gigabyte apps, known for causing BSODs.

One of those entries, softonic.com, is a site from where you can download programs. However the installation package contains malware, even when you uncheck everything.

What you could do to restore the original hosts file:
1. Open notepad
2. Copy and paste the following code in notepad, it is what the default hosts file has without any modification
Code:
# Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
#	127.0.0.1 localhost
#	::1             localhost
3. Save it as "hosts" on your desktop or another place you can easily find it
IMPORTANT: the quotes must be added when naming. The original hosts file does have no extension (.txt), the quotes will make sure that notepad doesn't add the extension.
4. Go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc and rename the 'hosts' file to 'hosts.old'
5. Copy the created 'hosts' to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc.
6. The system may prompt to enter a password or something, click 'continue'.

Some older Anti-virus/ Anti-malware suites have been known to populate the Hosts file for a first line defence, these entries could be a holdover from one of these. They should not cause any issues if this is the case
