I've been getting seemingly random bluescreens, and recently theyve become very annoying
(1-10 per day on average) I feel as if the problem is associated with my Wifi Adapter which
is a NETGEAR WNA1100 - NETGEAR WNA1100-100ENS N150 Wireless Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g/n USB 2.0 Up to 150Mbps Wireless Data Rates - Newegg.com
however I'm not totally sure if this is the only problem or not.

I am running on a fresh install of windows, with all drivers updated, including the
Wifi adapter's. I have also ran a RAM test and it came back with no errors, this
was my other suspected cause of the bluescreens, but it seems as if that is not the case.

I have attached the DM log.

Any help is much appreciated, thanks!

Your Graphics driver listed in this and the second dump.

The first dump listed no drivers, but did list s process which was ePSXe.exe. That is a PSX emulator, and is a PlayStation video game console emulator for x86-based PC hardware.

It seems that with the Motion joy driver from before, now with a Xbox driver and a game emulator, those are your main problems.

Please deal with those. When done please:

  • Open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know

    What is Driver Verifier:
It puts stress on the drivers, and tries to make the faulty driver crash the computer. It is designed this way, to attempt to trap the offending driver.

So I removed all the PS3 controller related things due to me no longer needing them (including the PSX Emu), and had only one crash which I'm guessing is related to a different emulator (Snes9x). The crash happened before the removal of the other programs.

As for the tests, I ran the scan and it came back clean. When using the verifier my computer froze up 3 times, all within an hour of boot, but they did not result in a bluescreen and therefore there is no new dmp files to share

updated dump:

When you removed everything did you uninstall them? You need to do that to hopefully remove the drivers too?

Yes, I uninstalled them. I'm ordering an ethernet cable soon so that should fix the wifi adapter crashes, but you also said that a lot of them were caused by my graphic drivers, is there anything in particular i can do to fix that?

The debugger listed them. I am not sure whether they are a cause or a victim of the crash. However, you can update the drivers which will not hurt anything. I'll give some instructions to help you.

I am going to give you some links that will help you get a good clean install and not have any drivers you don't need that will conflict with other drivers. Download a WHQL driver from http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-cards/329659-latest-amd-catalyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html . Once you have them downloaded, uninstall you current driver from control panel. next clean up any left over drivers from following this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/83814-drivers-clean-left-over-files-after-uninstalling.html and select only ATI Display Drivers. After you have done that and rebooted, install the new driver, only select custom install and install only what you have to. Very few people need most of what they include. You do not need the audio/HDMI drivers as you already have that in your Motherboard drivers. Unless there is some reason you need them, the only thing you really need is the Display Driver.
