I have updated graphics card drivers which I believed to be the original issue but they have continued after doing so two days later. I have uninstalled Avast which I then thought was the issue but got two more BSODs today. I have also ran memtest and after 9 passes no errors were found. I have probably seen 6 or so different BSODs so far. Hopefully I have attached the necessary information.

I haven't had the issue since two days after I posted, but I also didn't do anything else to fix it so I'm not sure why it stopped. Should I just forget about it?
Thankyou for the response!

It looks like your system was restored to an earlier restore point which repaired corrupted files.

I would recommend to run the following scans, if any problem occurs please let me know.

Diagnostics Test

 HDD TEST

   Note
Please run HDTune first, in the order posted!

arrow.png
Run HDTune to
  • check the health,
  • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
  • run a benchmark.
It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
  • the health,
  • the error scan,
  • the benchmark incl. following
    • transfer rate,
    • access time,
    • burst rate,
    • cpu usage.

Run SeaTools DOS to check the integrity of your HDD. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use - Windows 7 Help Forums
Run the long test.
   Note
Do not run SeaTools on an SSD as the results will be invalid.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

Run chkdsk
Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums
Use option TWO with parameter /r
Upload the chkdsk log :ar: Check Disk (chkdsk) - Read Event Viewer Log - Windows 7 Help Forums

Diagnostics Test

 System File Check

Please try following:
  • Open an admin command prompt
  • Copy/paste "sfc /scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
  • When it is finished reboot your system
  • Open again an admin command prompt
  • Enter sfc/scannow again
If sfc/scannow says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

I don't currently have access to a usb for the SeaTools thing you suggested but I have done everything else. Sfc /scannow said their were no issues after running. All other results should be attached with response. Thankyou!

I recommend to save money for a new hard drive, you need to prepare for a hard drive replacement.
I can't say if hard drive issues can come anytime soon, but based on the benchmark there is a good chance it will.
