vcd music extraction

I have asian vcd discs that i want to extract the audio from to create mp3 files so i can burn to disc to play in my car or play on my music player.Does anybody know of any good software to extract music from these vcd discs. Freeware or paid. windows 7 or XP. Thankyou everybody.
