VCGFE is compressed error

When I went to use my computer this morning, I received "VCGFE is compressed press ctr-alt-delete" message. I rebooted the computer, and I'm receiving the same message. I tried to go to safe mode (F8) but that didn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do the following steps:

• Use the System Repair Disc to access the System Recovery Options...
• Use the http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/668-system-recovery-options.html to choose System Restore...
• Follow OPTION TWO of http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html and pay close attention to the NOTE: in OPTION ONE step 8.
