Wondering if anyone was able to get Verisoft Access Manager with Win 7 x64 RTM.

I use this application to login to Windows using the Fingerprint reader on my laptop. The same version worked fine on Vista x64 and Win 7 RC (Build 7100).

I installed the RTM build from technet over the weekend and was not able to install Verisoft Access Manager properly. After completing the setup it asked me to reboot. After reboot when I tried to run it, got a message saying that that windows has blocked this program due to compatibility issues. But used to for fine on RC so I expected it to work on RTM as well.

Is there anyway to unblock this?

Try right clicking on the setup and go into the compatibility tab and check the box and select Vista and see if that helps.

^^I already tried that. Even re-installed it with compatibility on the installer set to Vista.

Since I could not find a way to make Verisoft run on Win7/64 bit I followed the advice on these forum to install Digital Persona instead, worked like a charm.

Yep, I installed Digital Personas too and the latest version works much better than Verisoft used to on Vista/7.
