Vertical bar

how can i appear the vertical bar at the right of my desktop which you can add inside gadgets ?
is totally dissapeared

You mean the sidebar? Drag gadgets to the side there is no well as there was in Vista.

ok but im using very often the notes program and i dont want it to appear to my taskbar
is that possbile to have it only in my desktop at the side

The sticky notes gadget will appear like any desktop gadget. Just type

sticky notes

in the Start search box, and press enter.

Or, if you prefer the Vista style one, it is available as a gadget for windows 7
