Vertical Scrolling on Laptop Touchpad?

I have a Dell D620 Laptop, and I'm looking for a vertical scrolling driver. I have a synaptics driver now, but under settings it does not allow me to turn on vertical scrolling (nor is it even a visible as an option).

I've tried installing another synaptics driver a few times, but so far I've had no success.

This is my first time to the forum so I appreciate all and any help you can offer me.

Dan whats the date on the driver you are using? synaptecs (dell 1405) drivers do support it for 32 bit.

This laptop is 64 bit. It has the driver which follows:

Synaptics Pointing Device v15.0.9 18Feb10
