very Lag in Game .. any one can help me ?

Hello , when i have Vista i played cs 1.6 [ no Lag , Low Ping and good game ]

but now with windows 7 :

[ Very very Lag , High Ping , i cant play , the game heavy ]

any sol for my problem ?

plz i need help ...

Try this and report to us:

Go to Start Menu and go to the Command prompt and RUN IT AS ADMIN!

Now paste the following: netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled

Hope it fixes it( i played CS 1.6 and source and i never had any problems regarding ping)

You need to run CMD as Administrator. Go to Start, Type in CMD, then RIGHT CLICK the CMD at the top, and Run as Administrator.
