I am very new to using the extraction process for updates. I went to the tutorials and downloaded the extractor version 1.1
I have Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
I downloaded the KB982214 .msu file. I dragged it to the extractor program, it did everything as the tutorial mentioned.
Now I must have missed something because I rebooted and the KB was not installed. Is there a missing step to do like to go to the temp folder and look for some .exe file?
Thanks
