The screenshots are from a Toshiba laptop running W7 Home Premium 32 bit. I had a bad boot issue, couldn't get into the OS, safemode or system restore. The trouble shooter couldnt even find a solution. But then after tapping F8, going to "last known working point", I got it to load up the OS!
BUT, now most of my programs have the icons (that the OS detect?) below in the screenshot. Can someone maybe ID whats going on here or help me with this? Thank you so much for the help.
