Very random crashes

Hello, i have a little problem and maybe someone can help me please

the crashes happens twice or more per day
it can happens in any time or while the computer is resting
the monitor just freeze and in need to restart and some times it freeze and restart it self
I attached the Minidump zip file

my windows 7 is in Spanish and this is one of the messages (Most of the time there is no messages it's just crashes)

All four dump files report same error code 0x9087 this is an unknown bugcheck code so no description im afraid

All four crashes were caused by your raid driver iaStor.sys
I would download and install a fresh copy of this driver

Also run a system file check
start>cmd.exe>right click run as admin>type sfc /scannow

If you are overclocking stop

Thank you Pauly but it not worked

the system check i done before you told me and i done it again after your message just in case
i got inside the intel website and downloaded the Intel(R) Matrix Storage Manager 8.9.1023.
so i run my computer again and after 4 hours it crush again without bsod message.
i wanted to say that in the zip file that i sand there is just 4 minidumps but in realty my computer crash alot more without the dump file.

i have another problem i think it's not related - after i type something or just press a key the touchpad doesn't work for a second, and then come back.

I want to say that the computer is new i bought it 7 days ago. and the store don't want to help me nor replace the computer. or give me my money back.

If the computer is only 7 days old and does not work you are entitled to return it for a replacement/refund. I would take it back to the store and demand my money back, you should not be having problems like this on a brand new machine

I try to go to the store i demanded my money back and they said that they can't do that. i said that i want a replacment and they said no!! and i said to them that i will give them more money just to give me another computer better one and they said no!!!!! so the law in spain is not so good for the costumer. i asked for help in the service of costumer in Barcelona and they say that they will give me an answer in two monthes!!!!! so i'm ****ed!!!!!!

I have 2 new dump files it happens at night while i was sleeping.
in the events log i saw that it restartd alone twice. and after 30 minuts of the second one he had anoter two "sidebyside" errors.
