Very strange, the blue is washed out on one of my LCDs

As you can see in the pic, the LCD to the left is missing the blue. It looks washed out.

This happened randomly. So far I tried reinstalling the ATI 10.4 driver and pressed the auto-adjust button on the LCD but nothing has changed.

I had this happen not to long ago and fixed by replace the video cable to the box...

I see. In the meantime are there any suggestions? I want to be sure this isn't a software problem because I don't want to resort to spending money unless I am absolutely sure. Thanks.

Agree AND you don't happen to have children do you? Cody used the buttons on the front panel of my LCD to turn off RED so I had a similar experience. Use the panel buttons to reset the monitor to factory first!

OK, I know it is not the cable now. I plugged the VGA cable into the other VGA in for my onboard video and the picture is fine. So it is a video card problem. The card in question is a ATI HD 4350 PCIe card. Now the question is hardware or software issue?

Have you checked the ribbon cable that connects the VGA port to the card?

Two rows of pins on the graphics card with a ribbon cable attached that ends in a VGA connector. Those cables and connectors can get internal shorts, bent pins etc. See if you can connect another one in it's place -- you might be able to buy or borrow one from the local computer shop for cheap...
